Slaten settled his suit against the station "in October for undisclosed terms," and Big League Broadcasting earlier this year "sold KFNS to Grand Slam Sports, a local company that also recently purchased the other St. Louis AM sports station, KSLG, from Utah-based Simmons Media" (ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH, 12/17).
