EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The Marlins named STEVE COPSES as Dir of Media
     Relations.  Copses spent the past five years with the
     Braves, most recently as Manager of Media Relations
     (Marlins)....The Cavs/Gund Arena Company promoted Manager of
     Suite Sales & Services PAUL MOCHO to Dir of Corporate Sales
     and named RYAN SHOOP to Suite Sales Manager and GEORGE
     MANIAS to Corporate Sales Consultant.  Shoop spent the past
     five years with Palace Sports & Entertainment and Manias
     returns to CGAC after working with the Lightning (CGAC).
     ...Motor Racing Network (MRN) added two members to its staff
     and has expanded its Daytona Beach-based operations by
     opening an office in NC.  MRN hired former Account Exec &
     Affiliate Manager for Tar Heel Sports Marketing MATT
     YABLUNOSKY to the NC office, and former Sports & Program Dir
     for Portland, OR-based KUIK Radio MARTY HOUGH will focus on
     producing NASCAR USA and other MRN programming (MRN).
