OFF THE MARK: The DAILY RACING FORM's Matt Hegarty reported that MARK FELDMAN has resigned as Magna Entertainment Corp. CEO and will be replaced on an interim basis by Magna Chair FRANK STRONACH. A release from Magna said Feldman resigned because he was "not prepared to relocate his family to Toronto," where Magna is planning to consolidate its administrative offices. Feldman was based in Santa Monica, CA (DAILY RACING FORM, 12/12). EXECS: MI Int'l Speedway (MIS) President GENE HASKETT will step down January 5 to pursue other motorsports opportunities.
