EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          OFF THE MARK: The DAILY RACING FORM's Matt Hegarty     reported that MARK FELDMAN has resigned as Magna     Entertainment Corp. CEO and will be replaced on an interim     basis by Magna Chair FRANK STRONACH.  A release from Magna     said Feldman resigned because he was "not prepared to     relocate his family to Toronto," where Magna is planning to     consolidate its administrative offices.  Feldman was based     in Santa Monica, CA (DAILY RACING FORM, 12/12).          EXECS: MI Int'l Speedway (MIS) President GENE HASKETT     will step down January 5 to pursue other motorsports     opportunities.  Haskett will serve as a consultant as needed     to MIS, where he has been President since '86 (MIS)....CBA     Senior VP/Basketball Operations WADE MOREHEAD has resigned     to become VP/Operations of the Harlem Globetrotters.  No     immediate replacement has been named (CBA)....Senior Golfer     Magazine named JOE O'REILLY as Associate Editor (GOLFmail,     12/12)....Sportvision named STEVEN ROBERTS as Exec     VP/Product Management and promoted former Dir of New Media     Development RUSSELL QUY to Exec Producer & VP/Media     Production (CRAIN'S N.Y. BUSINESS, 12/11 issue)....USA     Cycling named MARY MONROE as CMO. Monroe had served as a     sports marketing consultant (USA Cycling).
