EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The AFL Toronto Phantoms named JOEL SUTHERLAND as CFO. 
     Sutherland was Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. 
     WILNA BEHR was named VP/Sales & Marketing after spending six
     years at House of Blues Concerts Canada.  STEPHEN ADLER was
     named Dir of Public & Media Relations.  Adler was National
     Coordinator & Dir of Broadcasting/Media Relations for the
     Double A Texas League Wranglers and National Baseball
     Congress.  JACEY CHAE was named Ticket Manager and Exec
     Assistant to the CEO/CFO after serving in the financial
     industry. CRISTA BAZOS was named Dir of Special Events. 
     Bazos was a Corporate Entertainment exec for NFL Europe and
     the Scottish Claymores.  DAWN CLARKE was named Dir of Group
     Sales and Office Manager.  Clarke joins the Phantoms after
     serving as Operations Supervisor at the SkyDome (Phantoms).
          OTHER APPOINTMENTS: NC-based Capital Sports Management
     named WINKIE LA FORCE as Exec VP & GM of Events.  La Force
     will develop and direct the company's new USA Masters Games
     property.  La Force was President & CEO of the NC Bid
     Committee for the 2007 Pan American Games (Capital Sports
     Management)....The WNBA Starzz named RON GOCH as VP/Business
     Operations and KELLY CHOPUS as VP/Ticket Sales, replacing
     KIM FREE, who stepped down at the end of the '00 season
     (SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, 11/29). ...The Pacers named J. WILLIAM
     KINGSTON as Dir of the Pacers Foundation for Pacers Sports &
     Entertainment.  Kingston will be responsible for improving
     the departments, fundraising, creating community awareness
     and developing promotional materials (Pacers)....thePit.com
     named BRIAN BENCZKOWSKI as Assistant General Counsel &
     Senior VP/Business Development.  Benczkowski spent the past
     three years as legal counsel to U.S. Sen. Pete Domenici (R-
     NM) (THE DAILY)....N.Y.-based Strategic Sports Group named
     TINA GRUTSCH as Senior Account Exec.  Previously, Grutsch
     managed CollegeLink.com's overall marketing communications
     objectives (Strategic Sports Group).
