NFL TOUTS FULL GAME VIEWERSHIP; NEWS & NOTES FROM WEEKEND

The NFL announced that all 15 games this weekend were
sold out in advance of the local blackout deadline and were
or will be televised in the home team's market. This marked
only the second time that has happened in the 27-year
history of the blackout policy, and the first time since
September 6-7, '98 (NFL). In Rochester, Bob Matthews: "If
the NFL didn't have such a powerful lobby in Washington,
politicians could do the right thing and pass legislation
requiring all NFL games played in stadiums financed by
taxpayers to be shown" (DEMOCRAT & CHRONICLE, 11/13).
JILLIAN ON THE AIR: On "Fox NFL Sunday," weather
announcer Jillian Barberie said, "Guys, before I throw it
back, quickly, last week I was saying to Cris
[Collinsworth], 'You know Cris, you should get your hair
cut. Get that messy Brad Pitt thing going. Lose the
pompadour and do something shorter and sexy.' Did he listen
or what? Look at him! I just want to mess it up, he looks
so good. I want to take a bite out of him, he's so sexy."
Fox's Terry Bradshaw, to Collinsworth: "Oh, please. A bad
version of Brad Pitt" ("Fox NFL Sunday," 11/12). In
Milwaukee, Bob Wolfley notes yesterday's exchange on
Collinsworth's new haircut: "For a moment, I thought I was
watching MTV's 'House of Style'" (JOURNAL SENTINEL, 11/13).
