THE FOURTH ANNUAL SPORTS LAW SYMPOSIUM IN NYC

          The New York State Bar Association, through its
     Committee on Professional Sports, will be holding its 4th
     Annual Sports Law Symposium on Friday, November 10 at New
     York Law School in New York City from 9:30am until 4:30pm. 
     The symposium includes three panels, which will address
     issues including sports agency and ethics, new media in
     sports and the law, and current issues in sports
     arbitration, with speakers from organizations including the
     NFLPA, Major League Baseball, MLPBA, Quokka Sports, The
     Sparta Group, the IOC's marketing arm, Kaye Scholer,
     Proskauer Rose, Weil Gotshal, Cleary Gottlieb, among others. 
     The Symposium is open to the public and admission is free,
     except for those seeking Continuing Legal Education credit,
     in which case there will be a $60 fee (with discounts for
     early CLE registration).  There will also be a luncheon with
     a keynote address.  New York Law School is located in NYC-
     Manhattan at 57 Worth Street (between Church Street and West
