EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          NYRA CEO KENNETH NOE "stepped down yesterday" after a
     "tumultuous six years."  The trustees "immediately elected"
     BARRY SCHWARTZ, Chair & CEO of Calvin Klein, to succeed Noe
     (N.Y. TIMES, 10/12)....eMarketWorld named STEVE BRADBURY as
     VP & Content Chair for the new eSportsWorld Executive
     Conference & Exhibition to be held November 28-30, 2000 in
     Atlanta.  Bradbury was President of Digital
     Strategies/Marketing By Design (eMarketWorld)....The
     National Lacrosse League (NLL) named DOUG FRITTS as Dir of
     PR and promoted CHRISTOPHER BANDURA to the newly created
     position of Dir of Media Relations & Internet Development. 
     Fritts was a news and sports reporter at WUTR-ABC in Utica,
     NY and Bandura had worked on an interim basis in the
     league's PR Department (NLL)....Millsport promoted Senior
     Account Exec SUMMER MCCONNELL to Account Supervisor and
     named TODD KAPLAN as Account Coordinator and BETH CAREY and
     MELISSA ROFFINO as Project Coordinators (THE
     DAILY)....General Sports & Entertainment named AARON ECKELS
     as Account Coordinator.  Eckels had been a PGA golf
     apprentice at Oakland Hills CC (THE DAILY).
