EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The National Lacrosse League signed JIM JENNINGS to a
     three-year deal to replace outgoing Commissioner JOHN
     LIVSEY, who stepped down to head the NLL Landsharks (NLL).
     ...Aspen Skiing Co. named KENNETH HAMMERLE as VP & CFO. 
     Hammerle, who replaces CRAIG FERRARO, has been a principal
     owner of int'l resort consulting firm Sno.engineering Inc.
     since '88 (ASPEN TIMES, 9/19)....N.Y.-based Strategic Sports
     Group has launched a new regional office in Atlanta to be
     headed by managing partner PHILIP LEOPOLD.  He was
     previously General Sales Manager of WQXI-AM in Atlanta
     (Strategic Sports Group)....DAN SULLIVAN was named
     Tournament Dir for the PGA Tour's Memorial Tournament.  He
     was previously Senior VP/Sales & Business Development for
     Executive Sports Int'l (Memorial Tournament).
