followed by Marlins-Braves. The first non-MLB report, at
6:57 into the broadcast, was Bobby Knight addressing the
student body at IN Univ. The first NFL report, at 14:25,
was Green Bay voters approving a 0.5% sales tax to help fund
a $295M renovation of Lambeau Field. "NSR" had 3:30 of
total Olympic coverage. Last night's 11:00pm ET 30-minute
edition of CNN/SI's "Sports Tonight" led with Knight's
address, followed by Red Sox-Indians. The first NFL report,
at 13:39, was an injury update on Cowboys QB Troy Aikman.
"Sports Tonight" had 3:58 of total Olympic coverage. Last
night's 11:00pm ET 60-minute edition of ESPN's
"SportsCenter" (late due to MLB) led with Royals-Mariners,
followed by Twins-A's. The first non-MLB report, at 17:29,
was Knight. The first NFL report, at 25:15, was an update
on the injured Troy Aikman. "SportsCenter" had 3:03 of

Finder writes that ESPN will only "allow" Beano Cook to
appear on rival FSN Pittsburgh's "Sports Beat" in a "taped
