PAN-AMERICAN SPORTS NETWORK SHIFTS EXECS IN RESTRUCTURING

          Pan-American Sports Network (PSN) has "shifted" CFO
     JEAN-MARIE CAPLAIN to the newly-created post of COO,
     according to Mary Sutter of DAILY VARIETY.  Caplain will now
     report to PSN CEO & President JACQUES KREMER.  The new COO
     post was "prompted" by PSN's "rapid growth" as well as
     "plans to launch a U.S. signal later this year."  PSN also
     promoted Chief Broadcasting Officer SEBASTIAN DOMINGUEZ to
     Exec VP/Broadcasting; ALEXANDER JOHNSON to Senior VP/
     Production and GM, PSN USA.  Johnson will "head up" the
     launch of the U.S. channel; WILMA MACIEL has been promoted
     to Senior VP/Programming, while PATRICIO MONTALBETTI has
     been promoted to VP/Production (DAILY VARIETY, 8/30).
