BURNET/RWB FINANCIAL ASSUMES CONTROL OF NBA CITY IN ORLANDO

          NBA City, the league's Orlando-based restaurant, has
     announced a partnership with Minneapolis-based Ralph
     Burnet/RWB Financial, a real-estate development, insurance
     and mortgage banking company.  Under terms of the deal,
     Burnet will assume control of the existing NBA City in
     Orlando, as well as the future development of NBA-themed
     restaurants throughout the world.  Hard Rock Cafe Int'l,
     which has owned and operated NBA City since its September
     '99 launch, has relinquished its development rights to and
     ownership of the restaurant in order to focus on its core
     business (NBA).  In Orlando, Jerry Jackson, noting that
     details of the deal were unavailable, adds that the 17,000-
     square foot NBA City is located in Universal Orlando's
     CityWalk entertainment-and-dining complex (SENTINEL, 8/23).
