SPORTS PR EXEC PETER SELIGMAN KILLED FRIDAY ON N.Y. SUBWAY

Sports and entertainment PR exec PETER SELIGMAN died
Friday after he fell from a N.Y. subway train. Seligman was
a partner at Dan Klores Associates and "headed the firm's
sports and entertainment division." Seligman was scheduled
to be married to SARA SINEK in two weeks, and the two were
on their way to get a marriage license when Seligman became
ill and collapsed (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 8/19). In N.Y., Emily
Gest wrote that Dan Klores Associates closed its offices on
Friday, as Seligman's co-workers "mourned the loss of a
friend whose winning smile and laugh were contagious, and
whose devotion to the job was legendary" (N.Y. DAILY NEWS,
8/19). Also in N.Y., Phil Mushnick writes Seligman "was a
sweet dynamo, a go-getter who got it" (N.Y. POST, 8/21).
