EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          CA-based Trinity Golf named JULIAN RICE as
     VP/Shareholder Relations.  Previously, Rice worked in 
     investor relations for Commonwealth Energy (Trinity
     Golf)....Sabres Dir of Communications GIL CHORBAJIAN
     resigned to become Senior Account Exec with DC-based Ogilvy
     PR (Sabres)....The ACC named CHRISTINA TRACEY as Dir of
     Information Systems, where she will oversee all technology
     needs of the conference office and provide computer support
     within the ACC and its member institutions (THE
     DAILY)....Vanderbilt Univ. Assistant AD KEITH GILL was named
     NCAA Dir of Membership Services.  Gill will assume his new
     duties later this month (NCAA.org)....RacingOne.com named
     PETE PISTONE as Senior Editor, effective August 1.  He will
     be based at RacingOne.com's home office in Chicago. 
     Pistone's work appears in the Chicago Sun-Times, where he 
     began covering motorsports in '95 (RacingOne.com).
