MEDIA NOTES: TV MONITOR

          Last night's 10:00pm ET 60-minute edition of FSN's
     "National Sports Report" led with a 7:50 report on the
     British Open, followed by a 1:57 report on the Tour de
     France and a 2:20 report on the U.S. Olympic Trials.  "NSR"
     reported on the U.S. Women's Open at 34:33 into the
     broadcast.  Last night's 11:00pm ET 60-minute edition of
     CNN/SI's "Sports Tonight" led with a 5:01 report on the
     British Open, followed by a 1:54 report on the Tour de
     France and then D'Backs-Reds.  "Sports Tonight" reported on
     the U.S. Olympic Trials at 16:47 and the U.S. Women's Open
     at 27:18.  Last night's 11:00pm ET 60-minute edition of
     ESPN's "SportsCenter" led with a 7:44 report on the British
     Open, followed by White Sox-Red Sox and Devil Rays-Yankees.
     "SportsCenter" reported on the U.S. Olympic Trials at 15:53,
     the U.S. Women's Open at 23:49 and the Tour de France at
     28:25 (THE DAILY).
