Raiders Owner AL DAVIS will recommend the creation of
two Pro Football Hall of Fame satellite branches at the
organization's national board meeting June 28, although he
"hasn't notified anyone at the Hall of Fame of his
intentions." Davis wants to build replica Halls in places
such as Orlando and Anaheim to "augment the Canton facility,
