EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The Galaxy named TIMOTHY LUCE as VP/Business
     Operations.  Luce was with IL-based marketing firm
     Cardenas/Fernandez & Associates (Galaxy)....HOWARD SCHACTER
     has been promoted from VP/Communications for SFX Sports
     Group to VP/PR for SFX (DAILY VARIETY, 7/12)....Millsport
     promoted SHANNON KAVANAUGH to Project Coordinator where she
     will assist with the newly formed Millsport Motorsports
     division.  Millsport also named DOREEN NICHOLS as Account
     Supervisor to manage Tostitos' title sponsorship of the
     Fiesta Bowl, and TRINA ROFFINO as Account Supervisor for
     Fritos Racing program (Millsport)....Lowe's Motor Speedway
     named MARK SMITH to manage Corporate Sales and Marketing for
     the short-track program at LMS.  Smith was a Corporate
     Consultant for Infinity Promotions Group (LMS).
