          ERICH MISCHE, chief adviser to St. Paul Mayor NORM
     COLEMAN, was named Interim Dir of the RiverCentre complex in
     MN, which includes the Wild's new Xcel arena (Minneapolis
     STAR TRIBUNE, 6/29)....In Toronto, William Houston reported
     that CTV's "long-time" VP/Sports DOUG BEEFORTH has left the
     network.  He is now VP & GM of CTV SportsNet, which "is
     being held in trust independent of CTV until it is sold"
     (GLOBE & MAIL, 6/28)....In Philadelphia, Phil Jasner
     reported that 76ers Manager of Media Relations BILL
     BONSIEWICZ is leaving to run the "restructured" Celtics PR
     staff (PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS, 6/28)....MLS named BOB PRIOR
     as Dir of Information & New Media.  Prior will manage the
     editorial content of MLSNET.com.  He spent the last four
     years as Dir of Media Relations for the Celtics (MLS).
     ...NATASHA FREIMARK was named Dir of Marketing & Corporate
     Sponsorships for the Univ. of MN's Women's Athletics
     Department.  Freimark succeeds SCOTT SHRAGG (THE DAILY).
     ...The Hockey Co. has promoted LEN RHODES to worldwide
     Marketing Dir and CRAIG RYAN to Dir of Sales, Canada,
     respectively (THE DAILY).
