WILD MAY EARN UP TO $350,000 BY MANAGING RIVERCENTRE COMPLEX

          The St. Paul City Council unanimously approved a
     contract for St. Paul Arena Co. (SPAC), a wholly-owned
     affiliate of MN Hockey Group Ventures, the holding company
     of the NHL Wild, to manage the RiverCentre's convention
     center and Roy Wilkins Auditorium, according to Charles
     Laszewski of the ST. PAUL PIONEER PRESS.  SPAC will receive
     $175,000 per year, "with an opportunity to receive another
     $175,000 in bonuses and commissions based on how much money
     they bring in through" events and sponsorships.  SPAC Budget
     Dir Joe Reid said that "the most the company can make in a
     year" is $350,000 (ST. PAUL PIONEER PRESS, 6/22).
