SPORTS ON THE WEB: FOGDOG'S NEW SITE; SPORTSLINE'S $$ PLAN

          Fogdog Sports has launched her.fogdog.com, a new sub
     site with a variety of sports gear and apparel designed for
     women (Fogdog)....SportsLine.com CEO Michael Levy told
     REUTERS, "I think we'll have our first profitable quarter in
     fourth quarter 2001."  Levy also said that the company
     "expects" revenues of about $100M in 2000, up from $60.3M in
     '99 (REUTERS, 6/14)....CNBC's Mike Hegedus examined
     Sportsdaq.com, a fantasy sports prediction Web site. 
     Sportsdaq.com CEO Andrew Hoppin, a 28 year-old former NASA
     scientist: "[It's a] 24-hour a day, seven day a week fantasy
     sports market where you can turn your predictions about
     sports events into an investment portfolio" ("The Edge,"
     CNBC, 6/15)....NetZero and Global Sports have formed a
     strategic alliance.  Under the deal, NetZero will create
     five customized, free ISP services that are branded for
     Global Sports retail partners that include Sport Chalet and
     The Athlete's Foot.  Each of the ISPs will feature
     significant advertising and integration of the particular
     retailer's e-commerce brand, including logos that link
     directly to that retailer's Web site (Global Sports)....Be
     Here, which provides 360-degree Internet video technology,
     and Fox Sports Net have announced a technical partnership to
     explore adapting Internet technology to live TV sports
     production.  The first test is set for FSN's "Sunday Night
     Fights" telecast (FSN).
