MAY THE AIR FORCE BE WITH YOU: NIKE STILL TOPS IN NBA FINALS

Nike shoes are worn by just over 54% of the players in
this year's NBA Finals, as 13 of the 24 players on the
Pacers and Lakers playoff rosters wear the swoosh on court .
But the number of players using Nike sneakers in the Finals
is down from almost 80% last year, when 19 of 24 players
wore Nike in the Knicks-Spurs series. New this year are
Puma, which is tied for second place with adidas and
Converse with two players, and Dunk.net, which is worn by
Shaquille O'Neal. The average shoe size for the Pacers
roster is 15.8, while the average size for Lakers players is
15.3. The average retail cost of the sneakers worn by
Lakers players is $101.90, more than the Pacers' average
cost of $93.00. The following lists the 12-man playoff
