NAZARETH SPEEDWAY SEEKS MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR

          MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR: Nazareth Speedway, part of
     the ISC family, seeks Marketing & Sales Director with 3-5
     years sponsorship sales/account management experience.  BA
     degree required.  Sports and major event experience a plus. 
     Some travel/weekend work.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of
     the marketing and sales department including supervision of
     account exec and marketing assistant.  Management of the
     entire sales process from prospect stage through
     implementation of sponsorship on race day.  This includes
     race titles, hospitality, signage, print, promotions and
     display space.  Oversee advertising/marketing budget. 
     Produce sales department expense and revenue budgets on an
     annual basis.  Oversee the development and production of
     sales and marketing collateral materials.  Develop new
     business opportunities for the future.  Effectively
     communicate with other internal departments and ISC
     facilities as it relates to sales, advertising and
