MARINO DREAMS: NOW ALL HE HAS TO DO IS SIGN, SIGN, SIGN

          FL-based Dreams Inc., which operates 36 sports
     memorabilia stores in shopping malls across the U.S., named
     DAN MARINO as Dir of Business Development for an open-ended
     term, according to Curtis Eichelberger of BLOOMBERG NEWS. 
     Marino also signed a three-year deal to join the company's
     BOD and to autograph memorabilia in an exclusive marketing
     agreement with company subsidiary, Mounted Memories.  Dreams
     Chair SAM BATTISTONE, on Marino: "He'll open a lot of doors. 
     He'll be able to talk to other athletes and direct them
     towards us, as well as potential franchise owners and at
     appearances."  Marino will be paid for his autographed
     memorabilia and will receive an equity stake of less than 5%
     of the company for his roles as Dir of Business Development
     and on the BOD.  The company has a market cap of $50.2M
     based on yesterday's closing stock price of 1 1/4, up 7/32
     (BLOOMBERG, 5/15).  The deal makes Marino the company's
     third-largest shareholder, as Battistone and Dreams CEO ROSS
     TANNENBAUM each own 25% (MIAMI HERALD, 5/16).
