     leisure magazines, named JEFF WILLIAMS as Publisher of
     Tennis magazine.  Previously, Williams was Owner & Publisher
     of Tennis Industry magazine and Equipment Dir of Tennis
     magazine (TENNIS WEEK, 5/4)....Former Taylor Made head of
     research and technology DICK RUGGE was named Senior
     Technical Dir of the USGA (San Diego UNION-TRIBUNE,
     5/11)....Global Sports named MARK MENELL to its BOD,
     expanding the total number of Dirs to seven (Global
     Sports)....Former Lehman Brothers VP GREG SWENSON was named
     CFO at RacingOne.com (RacingOne.com)....Lowe's Motor
     Speedway named SKIP FOX Dir of Sales (Winston Cup
     Scene)....Boo.com CTO ROB SHEPPARD is the latest "top
     executive" at the Internet company that has "jumped from the
     sinking ship," as he announced his resignation yesterday. 
     Sheppard will join former Boo.com CFO DEAN HAWKINS at Dutch
     ISP Chello Broadband NV (N.Y POST, 5.12).
