MOULTER LEAVES WOOLF; COMPANY MAY LOOK WITHIN FOR NEW CEO

In an "unexpected move," LARRY MOULTER has resigned as
CEO of MA-based Woolf Associates to become CMO at MA-based
Mirror Image Internet, according to ADWEEK. Moulter
purchased the agency with BOBBY ORR and Boston ad exec ED
ESKANDARIAN from the estate of its founder BOB WOOLF in '96.
Eskandarian, who is the majority shareholder in the firm,
said last week that "he would weigh candidates internally
before determining whether an outside search would be needed
to find a successor to Moulter." Sources said that among
the candidates being considered internally is PAUL TEDESCHI,
the CMO who joined Woolf last year (ADWEEK, 5/8 issue).
