DEALS & DOLLARS: PGA TOUR INKS EXCLUSIVE WITH TICKETMASTER

          Colgate Palmolive's Irish Spring brand has signed on as
     a corporate partner of MLS and its 12 teams for the 2000
     season.  Irish Spring, which was a corporate partner of the
     league in '98, receives the rights to product sampling at
     special league events, as well as use of league and team
     marks, tickets, ads in league publications, field boards and
     TV ads on ESPN and ABC.  Additionally, the brand will
     sponsor the live scoreboard update on MLSNET.com (MLS).
          PGA TOUR DEAL: Ticketmaster has become the Official
     Ticketing Company of the PGA, Senior PGA and Buy.com Tours. 
     The deal marks the first time the PGA Tour has entered into
     a national exclusive ticketing agreement (Ticketmaster).
          TRY YOUR SPEEDO ON FOR SIZE: Speedo will sponsor the
     inaugural year of the Beach Volleyball America Tour, whose
     tournaments will be televised on FSN (Speedo).
