EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          FLEETCENTER PROMOTIONS: The FleetCenter promoted PETER
     WEBER to Senior VP/Sales.  He had been directing the arena's
     sales efforts since July '97, focusing on FleetCenter and
     Bruins advertising, premium seating, group ticket and
     function sales.  In other moves, MARY CLIVIO was named
     VP/Premium Seating Sales; CHRIS JOHNSON was named Dir of
     Advertising Sales; DIANE OZZOLEK was named Dir of Premium
     Services; Additionally, JIM HACKETT and SUSAN ZEMAITIS were
     promoted to Sales Dirs of Premium Seating (FleetCenter).
          INDUSTRY MOVES: Polo Ralph Lauren named Venator Chair
     ROGER FARAH as its President & COO (WALL STREET JOURNAL,
     4/13)....Mavs Owner Mark Cuban "has hired longtime business
     associate" LAURIE GLASSER as VP/Technology for the American
     Airlines Center.  Glasser previously worked at Xerox (FT.
     WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM, 4/13). ...Orlando Sentinel sports
     columnist LARRY GUEST will retire in July.  He has been the
     newspaper's lead sports columnist since '73 (ORLANDO
     SENTINEL, 4/13)....In Pittsburgh, Finder & Owen report that
     FSN Pittsburgh VP & GM JAYNE ADAIR "is leaving" the network
     to become Station Manager, overseeing Fox affiliate WPGH and
     Warner Brothers affiliate WCWB-WB (PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE,
     4/13)....The NAIA named ROB MILLER as Dir of Development and
     promoted CHRIS POUND to Dir of Marketing (NAIA)...Palace
     Sports and Entertainment named STEPHANIE KACZPERSKI PR
     Administrative Assistant (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 4/11).
