     LW ADAM GRAVES has been selected to receive the Third Annual
     NHL Foundation Player Award of $25,000 from the NHL for his
     commitment to community causes (NHL)....USA TODAY's Greg
     Boeck writes that Bucks G RAY ALLEN noticed a championship
     ring on PRESIDENT CLINTON's desk in the Oval Office, a gift
     from the '99 Univ. of CT's NCAA men's college basketball
     team which won the national championship.  Allen "showed the
     ring off" to his Bucks teammates, but left the White House
     visit "scratching his head."  Allen "mumbled": "He [Clinton]
