          NFL Europe named BRUCE WARWICK as Dir of Football
     Administration and MIKE MEINHARDT as Dir (Mult., 2/23).
     ...Jack Nicklaus Productions named JAMES KAHN as Sales
     Consultant.  He will work with Exec VP/Sales & Marketing JIM
     WASILKO.  Most recently, Kahn was Senior VP & Group
     Publisher at Golf Magazine Properties, where he has been
     since '86  (Jack Nicklaus Productions)....CHAD FLETCHER
     joined Millsport as Field Manager for Motorsports.  Fletcher
     spent the last seven years at Winston Cup Scene magazine
     (Millsport)....RON DICKSON has joined K.C.-based sponsorship
     and event marketing firm Three Wide.  Dickson spent the past
     five years at NY-based Eastman Kodak, most recently as
     VP/Corporate Partnerships (Three Wide)....EDDIE ROBINSON
     III, grandson of the former Grambling St. Univ. football
     coach, was hired by the Yankees to assist Traveling
     Secretary DAVID SZEN in the newly-formed position Assistant
     to the Traveling Secretary.  NEWSDAY's Lawrence Rocca wrote
     that the position was "previously thought to be so silly in
     concept that it was occupied by none other than GEORGE
     COSTANZA on the TV show 'SEINFELD'" (NEWSDAY, 2/22).
