FACILITY NOTES

          In Milwaukee, Don Walker reports that investor Tim
     Krause, son of former Brewers Owner Charles Krause, is
     "looking at the possibility of building a soccer stadium
     downtown with the ultimate goal of obtaining" a MLS
     franchise.  Krause said that he has "no timetable for an
     decision" (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 2/22)...In L.A.,
     Grahame Jones reported that MLS Galaxy, Rapids and Fire
     Investor/Operator Philip Anschutz said that he's "committed
     to building soccer-specific" stadiums for MLS teams in L.A.,
     Denver and Chicago.  Three sites "are under consideration"
     for the Galaxy in L.A. and Carson, CA (L.A. TIMES, 2/21).
     ...Marlins Owner John Henry said the club is considering
     building an air-conditioned stadium.  Henry said that the
     park would have a retractable roof, "but if air conditioning
     is added throughout, it would increase" the facility's $400M
     price tag "by as much as" $40M (MIAMI HERALD, 2/21).
