          Wembley National Stadium Ltd. has appointed Chase
     Manhattan as Lead Arranger for the financing of its new
     National Stadium in London.  Chase was selected because of
     its "dominant position in syndicated finance and for the
     expertise of its Sports Finance and Advisory Group"
     (Chase)....Shopping mall developer Mills Corporation has
     sold the naming rights to an Atlanta-area shopping mall to
     Discover Financial Services for $10M.  The mall, which will
     open in 2001, will be named Discover Mills for ten years
     (N.Y. TIMES, 2/18)....In Denver, Metropolitan Football
     Stadium District board members "were set to announce" this
     week a series of public hearings "to see how committed the
     community is" to calling the Broncos' new stadium Mile High
     Stadium.  But committee members "abruptly canceled those
     plans" yesterday and will instead "put more time into
     researching" potential naming rights deals (RMN, 2/18).
