GOLF DIGEST SIGNS QUINTET OF PARTNERS FOR GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY

          Taylor-Made, British Airways, PRGR USA, St. Paul
     Companies and Golf Warehouse have all signed on as "Eagle
     Sponsors" marking Golf Digest's 50th Anniversary.  Each
     sponsor will receive a full-page ad and a "celebratory ad"
     in the title's 50th Anniversary issue, three 30-second spots
     on CBS Sports' June 3 special commemorating the Anniversary,
     two months of ads on golfdigest.com, including links to
     their sites, and logo placement in all promotional ads in
     Golf Digest, Golf World and the N.Y. Times (Golf Digest).
          GREENS FEES: Nike Golf signed golf instructors Rick
     Smith, Butch Harmon and Tim Mahoney to multiyear endorsement
     deals.  All three will wear Nike footwear and advise the
     company in product/business development (GOLFWEEK,
     2/16)....The Senior PGA Tour stop in Orange County (CA) has
     reached deals with title sponsor Toshiba Computer Systems
     and the Newport Beach Country Club to continue the event at
     least through 2003 (L.A. TIMES, 2/16).
