     held in May in various U.S. cities (USPV).
          NOT THAT WE'RE PERFECT SPELLERS, BUT...: In Houston,
     David Barron: "Have you noticed that the Buick commercial in
     which Tiger Woods orders the work crew to move the house
     refers to Buick as the 'offical' car of the PGA Tour?"
     (HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 2/11)....TX-based GolfNow.com has named
     Steve Elkington as its corporate spokesperson (GolfNow.com).
          L.A. STORY: A print, outdoor, TV and radio campaign for
     the MLS Galaxy via The Ballpark features Cobi Jones and
     Mauricio Cienfuegos.  The estimated $1M campaign includes
     Spanish executions. The Ballpark's Marketing Dir Whit
     Haskel: "For a whole host of reasons, [L.A] is the soccer
     capital of the [U.S.]. ... We're calling L.A. 'SoccerCity'
     and the [Galaxy] Soccer City's team" (ADWEEK, 2/7 issue).
