FINANCE NOTES

          Fox Entertainment Group (FEG), which is 82% owned by
     News Corp., and includes the Dodgers and interest in Fox's
     RSNs, reported that profit for the second quarter ended
     December 31 fell 10% to $94M, or $.13 per share, down from
     $105M, or $.17 per share the year earlier.  Revenue
     "slipped" from $2.56B to $2.44B (WALL STREET JOURNAL,
     2/10)....Spanish- and Portuguese-language sports portal
     SportsYA! has raised $15M in a financing round led by
     IMG/Chase Sports Capital.  The investor groups in the round
     include: IMG/Chase Sports Capital; Mets co-Owner Fred
     Wilpon; and SportsYA!'s initial investors Chase Capital
     Partners, Flatiron Partners and Ventech.  Also, SportsYA!
     has established an alliance with IMG to be the exclusive
     Spanish- and Portuguese-language global sports portal for
     IMG and its Internet affils, including TWIi (SportsYA!)
