EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ESPN INT'L: ESPN Int'l named TIM LEISURE as
     VP/Acquisitions.  Leisure joined ESPN Int'l in '92.  In
     addition, Manager of Program Acquisitions MICHAEL WALTERS
     was promoted to Dir of Program Planning, reporting to
     Leisure and Manager of Production Planning & Operations
     CHRISTOPHER CALCINARI was named Dir of Production Planning
     and Operations.  Calcinari joined ESPN in '90 (ESPN Int'l).
          EXECS: ISC Dir of Promotions SEAN BELGRADE was named
     Senior Dir of Marketing Partnerships.  Also, DAN UNEDA has
     been named Manager of Marketing Research for ISC (ISC).
     ...BRANDWEEK's Terry Lefton reports that Taco Bell Senior
     Marketing Manager/Brand Communications COURTNEY MANGONE has
     been named a Dir in Visa's Event & Sponsorship Marketing
     Dept (BRANDWEEK, 1/24)....JEFF ADAMS was named Dir of PR for
     the Senior PGA Tour, replacing DAVE SENKO.  Former PGA Tour
     Media Official JAMES CRAMER will replace Adams as PGA Tour
     Manager of Communications and Media Operations (PGA Tour).
