     VP/Sports Marketing, TOMMY RIOS VP/Oakley Worldwide and JIM
     STROESSER National Sales Dir, all effective January 1
     (Oakley)....NASCAR Manager of Communications TIM SULLIVAN,
     resigned Tuesday after two years.  Dir of Communications
     JOHN GRIFFIN, Senior Manager of Communications KELLY MALONE
     and Communications Manager RICK OLESHAK will handle
     Sullivan's duties on a temporary basis

     STERNBERG to VP/Business Development.  He was Dir of
     Business Development at FSI since February '98 (FSI).
