NBA VP CHRIS BRIENZA LEAVING TO JOIN FOURTEEN-FIFTY MEDIA

          NBA VP/Sports Media Relations CHRIS BRIENZA will be
     leaving February 18 to join N.Y.-based PR and management
     firm Fourteen-Fifty Media as a Partner and Managing Dir. 
     Brienza has been with the NBA league office for over ten
     years and has held a variety of positions.  Fourteen-Fifty
     Media was formed in '98 by President & CEO RICK KAPLAN, who
     was previously Raptors PR Dir and Dir of Communications for
     Isiah Thomas Int'l.  Fourteen-Fifty athletes include: Knicks
     F/C MARCUS CAMBY, T'Blazers G DAMON STOUDAMIRE and Raiders
     DT DARRELL RUSSELL.  adidas America is also a corporate
     client of Fourteen-Fifty Media (Fourteen-Fifty Media).
