EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          SFX Sports Group has added TOM WEINER as Dir of
     Licensing and Merchandising.  Weiner joins SFX from NFLP's
     Consumer Products Division, where he was Dir of Retail
     Development.  Weiner will spearhead the Sports Group's
     efforts in retail development, retail consultation and
     licensee management (SFX Sports)....Broadband Sports has
     named STEVE LARKIN VP/E-commerce and he will report to CEO
     RICHARD NANULA (Broadband Sports)....Coca-Cola named JACK
     STAHL President & COO (Mult., 1/19)....PHILIP TALAMONTI, who
     was promoted to VP & GM of Softspikes in October, has left
     the company (GOLF WORLD BUSINESS, 1/18)....MLS Senior VP
     PAUL PHIPPS has been promoted to Exec VP/Corporate
     Partnerships and Club Services (MLS)....The 3DO Company
     announced today that CATHY TISCHE has joined the company as
     Dir of Licensing & New Business Development and MIKE MEYERS
     has joined as PR Dir.  Tische joins 3DO from Mattel Media,
     where she was Dir of Int'l Distribution.  Meyers comes to
     3DO from Acclaim Entertainment, where he was the Dir of
     Product PR (3DO).
