SPORTS ON THE WEB: NEW SKI LIFESTYLE SITE SET TO LAUNCH

          Mountain sports lifestyle site Resort Sports Network
     has taken full ownership of Go Group, publishers of
     GoSki.com, to create one site under http://www.RSN.com.  The
     integrated site, expected to launch in December, will have
     information and reviews on 2,000 ski resorts in 50
     countries.  GoSki Publisher Eric Kallgren will join RSN.com
     as Dir of Interactive Content (Resort Sports Network).
          WHAT DEAL? TAKE A GUESS: Predict It Inc. signed a
     three-year distribution agreement with SportsLine.  Under
     terms of the deal, Predict It will provide co-branded
     versions of the Predict It Sports interactive forecasting
     feature to SportsLine's online properties (Predict It). 
          RARE HABIT: Rare Medium, N.Y., will develop a Web site
     for Sports Habitat.  SportsHabitat.com will launch in
     December and feature sports personalities, e-commerce and
     sports news.  The site will launch with access to more than
     90,000 sporting goods and memorabilia (AD AGE, 11/19).
          GYM ATHLETICS INKS ATHLETES: GymAmerica.com has signed
     Astros 1B Jeff Bagwell, Rangers C Ivan Rodriguez and
     Redskins QB Brad Johnson as celebrity members (THE DAILY).
