ORLANDO REVERSES CONCESSIONAIRE DECISION: GIVES BACK RIGHTS

          The Orlando City Council "abruptly reversed itself
     Monday" and gave the multimillion-dollar food and drink
     contract at the Orlando Arena and other venues to Arthur
     Lee, who is partnering with Levy Restaurants of Chicago,
     according to Dan Tracy of the ORLANDO SENTINEL.  The City
     Council felt it could no longer support its choice of Ogden
     Entertainment, which announced it was for sale "less than a
     week after Orlando chose it for city-owned facilities." 
     News of the potential sale "triggered a nearly" 60% drop in
     Ogden stock and the Council worried that Ogden "might be
     financially unstable" (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 11/16).
