     all operations and league development activities in Europe. 
     Peterson succeeds OLIVER LUCK, who is returning to the U.S.
     to take a Senior Exec role with NFL Enterprises and will
     report to NFL Int'l head DOUGLAS QUINN (NFL Europe).
     ...Tribune Broadcasting Co. President DENNIS FITZSIMONS has
     been promoted to Tribune Co. Exec VP/Media Operations, where
     he will add the responsibilities of working with the Cubs
     (ELECTRONIC MEDIA, 11/10)....Buena Vista TV exec MORT MARCUS
     was named Exec VP/Sales & Development for Go.com (DAILY
     VARIETY, 11/11)....Toronto Sun sportswriter GARY PICKNELL is
     leaving the paper to pursue "other challenges" (TORONTO SUN,
     11/7)....Foot Locker Worldwide has promoted JASON BERMANT
     from Sports Marketing Coordinator to Sports Marketing
     Manager (Foot Locker)....The NHRA named DAVID DOYEL as Dir
     of Performance Aftermarket Marketing, JERRY ARCHAMBEAULT as
     VP/PR & Communications and BRIAN TRACY as VP/Development for
     the NHRA Motorsports Museum in CA (NHRA).

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft
