          The charity golf competition involving Fred Couples,
     Davis Love III, Michael Jordan and Wayne Gretzky, "which was
     to be taped in Las Vegas in November, then broadcast by Fox
     on Christmas Day, has been postponed," according to Geoff
     Russell of GOLF WORLD.  Russell: "Word is that 'sponsor
     problems' shelved the gathering, but all those involved hope
     to stage it at a later date" (GOLF WORLD, 10/15 issue).
