EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          EVOLUTION OF THE REVOLUTION: Former MLS Deputy
     Commissioner SUNIL GULATI was named Managing Dir of Kraft
     Soccer Properties overseeing the Revolution.  Gulati will
     also "direct operations" for the Kraft-owned MLS Clash, and
     will "continue to work" as Project 2010 Managing Dir for the
     USSF (BOSTON GLOBE, 10/13).  Revolution GM BRIAN O'DONOVAN
     was named COO of Kraft Soccer Properties and will be
     responsible for the business operations and soccer
     development at Foxboro Stadium (Providence JOURNAL, 10/13).
          MOVIN' ON UP: John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance
     President & COO DAVID D'ALESSANDRO will "take over" as CEO,
     effective June 1, 2000.  D'Alessandro will succeed STEPHEN
     BROWN, who will remain as Chair.  D'Alessandro will remain
     as President, but "will no longer be" COO.  A successor for
     that position has not been named. (WALL STREET JOURNAL,
     10/13).  D'Alessandro "joined" John Hancock Mutual Life
     Insurance in '84 to "run" corporate communications and was
     named President on January 1, '98 (BOSTON HERALD, 10/13).
          OTHER EXECS: Executive search firm SpencerStuart has
     been selected to manage the search for a new USOC CEO. 
     SpencerStuart U.S. Chair THOMAS NEFF and U.S. Vice Chair BOB
     DAMON will direct the search (USOC)....ESPN has promoted
     MIKE MISHOL to Dir of Affiliate Operations.  Since joining
     ESPN in '85, Mishol has been promoted three times and has
     held a variety of positions in finance, sales and marketing
     (ESPN)....TVG named JIMMY OLDHAM as Dir of New Media, where
     he will direct TVG's interactive consumer marketing
     strategies.  Oldham had been Dir of Publications,
     Advertising & New Media for the Rockies from '92-99 (TVG).
     ....Asimba.com named KURT SCHNEIDER as CEO & President. 
     Schneider was VP/Marketing for Fox Sports Net (Asimba.com).
