LIGHTNING STRIKE ESTIMATED $10M DEAL WITH LOCAL AUTO DEALERS

          The Lightning announced a five-year sponsorship deal
     "estimated" at $10M, giving naming rights of the Ice
     Palace's club and suite levels, VIP entrances and restaurant
     to an association of 22 Tampa Bay-area Chrysler, Plymouth
     and Jeep dealers, according to Eric Miller of the TAMPA
     TRIBUNE.  The deal will also give the auto dealers arena
     signage and "allow up to four new autos to be on display" in
     an arena plaza.  Lightning Senior VP/Sales & Marketing
     Michael Yormark: "This is the largest ever automotive
     sponsorship partnership in this market and maybe even in the
     state of Florida" (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 9/23).
