ANALYSTS FEEL NEWS CORP. MAY CONSIDER SELLING DODGERS

          The Dodgers are in "such disarray" that MLB insiders
     and investment analysts are saying News Corp. Chair & CEO
     Rupert Murdoch may "take drastic action to salvage his
     company's" $311M acquisition of the team, according to John
     Friedman of CBS MarketWatch.  Pittsburgh-based Federated
     Investors analyst Angela Auchey: "It wouldn't surprise
     anyone if Murdoch sold the Dodgers."   Dodgers Assistant Dir
     of Media Relations & Publicity Shaun Rachau said that Fox
     "has no plans to sell" the team (CBS MarketWatch, 9/14).
