BROADCAST NEWS: COLLEGE FOOTBALL TEAMS AIR IT OUT OVER RADIO

          THE DAILY unveils its list of radio broadcast rights,
     affiliates and average costs of 30-second regular season in-
     game radio ads for the Top 25 teams in Div. I-A college
     football.  Please note that the Top 25 list is from the
