EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The North Face Chair MARSDEN CASON has "stepped down,"
     effective immediately.  Cason will continue as a Dir of the
     company.  The North Face Dir and Bunje Pacific Consulting
     Corp. President ROBERT BUNJE will replace Cason (WALL STREET
     JOURNAL, 9/10)....The Sports Authority named GEORGE MIHALKO
     as Exec VP & CFO (The Sports Authority)....SHARON HIGDON was
     named Dir of Cook Marketing Communications' Cook Sports. She
     will handle business development for clients of the sports
     marketing division, including members of the Falcons and
     Jaguars.  Higdon was VP/Marketing & Communications for the
     Trail Blazers (Cook Sports)....Gulfstream Park VP/Finance &
     Secretary-Treasurer MARK GUNDERSON has resigned (DAILY
     RACING FORM, 9/10)....Upper Deck VP/Marketing RUBY RANDALL
     has left the company for a position in the Internet industry
     (BECKETTS INSIDER, 9/8)....The AHL promoted BRET STOTHART to
     Dir of Communications & Media Relations from Manager of
     Communications.  Stothart previously served as an
     Administrative Assistant in Sales & Marketing (AHL).
