          The CINCINNATI ENQUIRER'S Byczkowski & Erardi continue
     their three-day report on six of the newest ballparks in the
     U.S.  Byczkowski & Erardi visited Safeco Field, Camden
     Yards, The Ballpark in Arlington, Turner Field, Coors Field
     and Bank One Ballpark (CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, 8/31)....A group
     of Foxboro, MA, residents is asking the Patriots not to
     build an access road to the proposed new stadium.  But the
     team is "pitching to sell premium seats by offering stadium
     access separate from nonpremium customers," and team execs
     say the access road "is crucial to traffic plans for the new
     stadium" (BOSTON GLOBE, 8/31)....An exec with Southern Turf
     Nurseries said a grass surface like the one used at the
     Superdome for Saturday's Packers-Saints exhibition would
     cost about $2M a season.  A grass surface for one game would
     cost $300,000-400,000.  The Astroturf now used costs $1.4M
     and lasts up to seven years (TIMES-PICAYUNE, 8/30).
