AND NOW THAT DAN PATRICK IS A RADIO HOST, LET'S PLAY

ESPN's Dan Patrick "will have his own three-hour early
afternoon network radio show on ESPN Radio," according to
Jim Kirk of the CHICAGO TRIBUNE, who writes that the move
"could have a major impact on the competitive sports talk
landscape in Chicago," as Patrick's "star power will
significantly alter an already highly competitive
situation." Patrick's show will be heard in Chicago on ESPN
Radio flagship WMVP-AM, beginning next month. Patrick "will
continue" his "SportsCenter" duties, but will be on the
radio from noon to 3:00pm CT weekdays. Tony Kornheiser will
move into the 9:00am-noon slot, replacing the "Fabulous
Sports Babe" Nanci Donnellan (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 8/17).
