          In Salt Lake City, Lya Wodraska writes that "early
     estimates" on the damage caused to the Delta Center as a
     result of Wednesday's tornado are $5M "or less" (SALT LAKE
     TRIBUNE, 8/13)....The widows and estates of the three
     construction workers who died when a crane collapsed at
     Miller Park filed suit against retractable roof
     subcontractor Mitsubishi Heavy Industries of America, "Big
     Blue" crane owner and operator Neil Lampson Inc., Miller
     Park general contractor HCH Joint Venture and two offices of
     Travelers Insurance, the firm which issued the project's
     liability coverage (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 8/13).
     ...Toronto-based stadium architect Stadium Consultant Int'l
     and its parent company, Brisbin Brook Beynon Architects,
     were selected by Lexington (KY) Pro Baseball Co. to design a
     $9M, 5,000-seat stadium and multi-use facility for a site
     within the city (LEXINGTON (KY) HERALD-LEADER, 8/13).
