FOX SPORTS NET PROMOTES TWO WITH MAJOR REGIONAL DUTIES

8.12.1999

          Fox Sports Net has promoted two execs to Senior
     VP/Regional Network Operations positions.  Fox Sports Net
     Southwest (FSNSW) Corporate VP & GM JON HEIDTKE will now
     oversee operations for Fox Sports Net AZ, Fox Sports Net NW,
     Fox Sports Net RM and Fox Sports Net West and West 2.  GMs
     in those areas "will now report" to Heidtke, who will also
     continue his duties at FSNSW.  Fox Sports Net South VP & GM
     HUNTER NICKELL will "now supervise all operations" for Fox
     Sports Net Detroit, Fox Sports MW and Fox Sports Net Pitt. 
     He will remain in his role at FSNS (ADWEEK ONLINE, 8/10).
